4th H.O.O.A.H. 20 and 2.0 Suicide Awareness March

Hosts: H.O.O.A.H Inc

Time: 8:00 a.m.

Type of EventVirtural Event, choose your own 20 or 2.0 mile route

DescriptionThis event is now a VIRTUAL National Ruck March. This event will be held on Saturday, November 14th. The Ruck is 20 miles to represent the number of Veterans reported by the VA who complete suicide every day. Though it’s not a requirement, many of the participants will be carrying a rucksack or backpack that weighs 20 lbs. in remembrance of the 20 Veterans that complete suicide each and every day. There is a second option for distance, this is a 2.0 mile route. Both routes were originally set to start from KI Convention Center in Green Bay, WI. Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 within Wisconsin, the 4th H.O.O.A.H. and Green Bay decided it would be best to make both of these events virtual to best practice social distancing.

Please go to www.hooahinc.org and find the event listing. Once you are on the correct page for this event you can click the button that says register for this event. Once you are registered you will be provided an email with a link to the virtual event!
