Benefits through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources

Through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the state provides benefits and privileges​ to veterans in recreation-related activities, including hunting, fishing, park admission, and professional licensing. 

To learn more about the benefits and programs available to veterans, please visit the Wisconsin D​epartment of Natural Resource​s (DNR) veterans website ​ or call 1-888-936-7463, to determine what documentation is required when purchasing the license at a DNR or County Clerk’s office.​
