Dona Drew has been the Community Engagement and Partnership Coordinator at the Zablocki Medical Center since 2020. She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She is currently the co-chair of the Southeastern Wisconsin Veteran Suicide Prevention Task Force and works closely with other coalitions in the Veteran community to end Veteran suicide. Being a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran herself, Dona is passionate about suicide prevention and believes that we all play an important role in ending suicides in our community. Suicide prevention is everyone’s business, and she is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF).
