Shannon Hough

Shannon Hough is the CEO and Co-Founder of Shield of Sisters. She is a Lady Veteran of the Navy, a military wife, and a mother. Shannon joined the Navy to follow in her dad’s footsteps and to serve her country. Shannon spent her entire enlistment in Norfolk, VA. She has also served as a mayor, congressional staff member, and city administrator. Shannon holds an MPA and an MBA from Norwich University. Shannon endured sexual assault in the Navy over 25 years ago and never fully recovered from what happened to her.
